Ahhhh T-mobile.....for too long, you have been void of any sort of "cool" phone.  Always you've had "family-friendly" and "affordable" phones, sacrificing fashion for function.  But now, with the launch of the G1, a.k.a. the Google Phone, you have now topped the list with the most affordable rate plans as well as amazing phones to keep all sorts of customers happy.

.....

.....

It's just too bad that your coverage sucks....and I work there!

In other news, I've become addicted to WoW.  I told myself I'd never do it, that I would be able to put it down whenever I want!  But my friend (how I loathe thee...) sent me a recruit-a-friend invite, and we get triple experience points when we play together.  So in just two weeks of a couple hours here-and-there, I'm now a level 45 Blood Elf Priest.  W00T!

Well, it's Wednesday...which is good because it's my Friday for work.  I have off tomorrow and Friday...then have to go back to work on Saturday to have off again on Sunday.  Yay me!  I was in a good mood, and then I wasn't, and now I'm in an okay mood, I guess.  I think I'd really just like to ramble.

I have to do laundry tomorrow...yuk.  Lots and lots of laundry.  I really want to wash my bedsheets, and I've been lazy on my clothing pile, so all in all I've got about 7 or 8 loads of laundry.  grrr...On the plus side, I get to go to my parents, who have a 56 in TV and a killer surround sound system.  Maybe I'll re-watch Lord of the Rings....or I could finally watch the last four or five episodes of Naruto and the first two episodes of Heroes...or I could just watch regular television.  It's supposed to be kinda nasty weather tomorrow, so I don't plan on doing much.

I just had formal training on the new T-Mobile G1.  It does look like a phenonmenal phone!!  I will actually deviate from a blackberry when this phone comes out...the web browsing is so much nicer!!  I do see some problems happening with the billing side of things...but luckily I'm technical support, so that's not really my problem.

While playing with the phone, I found http://www.fakesue.blogspot.com/, which is a rather amusing blog from "Sue Nokes".  Obviously not the real Sue Nokes...but still very giggle-worthy.

So my boyfriend went to Wal-Mart this morning and they were putting them out...so obviously he snagged one!  They've been almost impossible to find around here since they launched!  I'm very excited because I really love my wii, and I love the idea of being able to burn some calories while playing a video game.  I don't imagine this is going to make me lose a serious amount of weight, but from what I understand, it helps you keep aware of your body so that you make better choices.  And it has yoga!!! *squee*

In other news, I hate my job.  No, I lie.  I love my job, I hate people.  Especially stupid people.  Stupid people should come with a warning tattooed on their forhead: "Stoopid Alert! Talk to at your own risk!" And I think every non-stupid person should take a stupidity test to make sure they don't eventually fall into the stupid category. *sigh*

So I'm going to the mall tomorrow to pick up a Lovesac.  No, it's nothing kinky, it's an over-sized bean bag that is filled with shredded durafoam rather than those irritating styrofoam bits.  Check it out at www.lovesac.com.  No, it's not an adult website, either.  I love the descriptions for their sacs...it reminds me of the descriptions you'd fine on www.woot.com.  Let me tell you, these are the most comfortable things I've ever sat on.  I could, literally, fall into one and fall asleep for a full 16 hours.  I'm getting a Supersac, which will hold 3 adults easily.  I can't wait!!!  Of course, the big dilemma will be whether I decide to fall asleep in the lovesac or play wiifit?  Hmmm...decisions...

so I'm still using work internet access...joy!  I desperately want to go home and just curl up with a blanket and watch a movie.  Instead, I'm at work, and on a mentoring exception to study Effective Feedback.....even more JOY!  Soon I will have to go back on the phones and answer calls about people who are *cough* not quite capable of using the expensive PDA they've just purchased...I have now hit the JOYGASM mark!

I'm so tired of listening to people complain...I suppose that's why Customer Service is the second most stressful job out there.  All we do is listen to people go on and on about how their life has been "inconvenienced" and how this has caused problems with not only their job, but their personal life (I actually had somebody tell me that, because his phone wasn't working, he wasn't able to have phone sex with his woman...TMI people!  I don't need to know this!).  Really, it's not my problem.  All I want to do is tell you how to fix it.

But that's only the beginning.  When we say the word "troubleshooting", it's like we're the devil in a strict Christian community.  I swear I can visualize the customer crossing themselves and begging for forgiveness.  Some people absolutely refuse to troubleshoot.  I don't really understand why...all we want to do is fix your issue.

I also don't understand why people demand an exchange right away on their phone.  If you had the option to fix your phone in an hour, or wait five days for a replacement, which one is the better deal?  I literally have people calling up and demanding an exchange...to which I simply say "no", and troubleshoot anyway.

One day I'm just going to call random customer service numbers and just ask "how are you?"  I'm sure the rep will be all weirded out, but at least it won't be someone complaining.  Just once, I'd like it if someone did that to me.  Oh, sure, most of the customers I talk to do ask how I am, but really they're saying "just fix it, damn it!"

grrrr...I feel like the winds been taken from my sails...I was really planning on ranting...like, REALLY ranting about shit, butI just can't bring myself to really care anymore.  Damn, I'm such a peon.

Ahhhhh.....I'm in love with my new apartment!!!!!  The best part is:  NO ROOMATE!!!  It will just be me and my boyfriend!!!  No more superficial, pigheaded, egotistical male roomate!!!!  *does a little dance*

I will post pictures once I have all of my furniture set up ^_^

On the sad side....no internet until the 16th ;_;  I am lucky to have internet access at work, and at my parents....but I will miss it in the few moments of spare time between moving furniture, cleaning, and cooking lots of food.  My dog is a little stressed And here is a picture of her...she's my little baby!! )
I need to make a list of the recipes I will be making...I may post it here just for a reference guide.

So I am at work (and not doing work-related stuff), and I really just want to go home!!!  I'm moving on Saturday, and I really need to pack!!  Granted, I'm just moving to the apartment upstairs, and I can just walk all of my crap up there, but I want my new apartment to look clean!!  (Cuz my current apartment is definitely not!).  I shall post pictures of my apartment soon...

But I give you pictures of my bonsai's!!! )

Hmmm...so tomorrow I should be able to post that other half of fanfiction I forgot to last week...It's saved on my parents computer (password locked and hidden underneath about 20 folders ^_^).  I've also been working on another fanfiction, although that will msot likely not be ready for several weeks.....ya know, with moving and all, won't really have much time!

I adore homemade mac & cheese!!!  I think it's the buttered breadcrumbs...or maybe the homemade cheese sauce instead of velveeta.  Well, whatever it is, it's freakin' awesome!!

This awesome recipe http://www.recipezaar.com/135350 is generally what I use, and I've posted my own modifications under my review (with the same username as my LJ).  MmmmMmm good!!

and my dog doesn't let me sleep in past 7 am (so I'm running on 24 oz of strong coffee three hours of fitful sleep).  I was going to bake today...but I'm too tired.  Maybe later if I'm up to it.  But because I couldn't fall asleep, I actually finished my Kakashi/Sakura fanfiction I was writing.  I did a rough edit, which means I read over it and nothing really stood out at me.  But if somebody sees something, please let me know!!  Punctuation, spelling, grammar...anything!!

So without further ado, here is my first fanfiction in about 6 years...sheesh, I'm nervous...
So...I hope you enjoyed it.  Writing it was definitely fun, even though it was a bit stressful.  Comments, criticism...please let me know!!  Thank you!!

Well, definitely later today :-)  I'm totally going to be up until the ass-crack of dawn, so I won't be getting up to do anything until about noon-ish.  That's the sucky thing about working from 1pm to midnight...you kinda get used to a late night schedule so on your days off, you waste half your day sleeping.  But anyway, yeah, I'm going to bake today.

I think I'm going to make brownies.  I have a tried and true recipe called "Whatever Floats Your Boat" Brownies, and they are aptly named because the recipe is just basic and you add what you want (like marshmallows, nuts, chocolate chips, etc).  I think I'm going to double the recipe and use peanuts, marshmallows, and peanut butter chips.  Yummy...sounds so tastey!!  Here is the recipe of anyone would like it http://www.recipezaar.com/32204  Well, it's the link to it because I want to give credit where credit is due.  Since it is not my recipe, it would not be right to claim it.

Perhaps I shall post pictures after I'm done making them (if I don't eat them right away!!). I love pictures...

So this is where I go into detail about some of my absolute favorite things, right?

Well....

Instead, for my first post, I want to tell you about a wonderful experience I had today at work.

Ahhh...I love having my calls recorded because I can actually listen back to them...this is actually, for the most part, verbatim.  It's awesome!

So maybe next time I will go into greater detail of my favorite things.  I do have a lot to go over, like pairings, recipes, cell phones, etc.  Maybe I'll write an awesome short story that explains...errr, no, maybe not.  Sounds like too much work.  I think I will just list it.
